French Speaking System Operations Specialists

Requirements:
at least communicative command of French * written and verbal English * knowledge of Operating Systems and IP Services * advantage - Basic knowledge of databases (DB2, Oracle) * advantage - Experience in system monitoring * communication Skills, Customer and service orientation * ability to operate well in an international, multicultural environment * responsiveness and flexibility, Teamwork skills * 24/7 shift environment (including nights, weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities:
monitoring, controlling and operating complex computer systems, networks, applications and/or distributed systems in a multi vendor environment * production batch applications, including developing the operational plan, scheduling and control of batch processing and development of customers scripts * analysing first level problems for all systems, resolving and routing as appropriate * everyday contact with French speaking clients
