Senior IS Analyst HR Systems
Location: Krakow, Poland

Main Accountabilities:

? Support the SAP NetWeaver Portal solutions implemented for employee and manager.
? Lead the implementation of new self-service solutions in SAP Portal in terms of coding/programming, working effectively with remote teams located in multiple locations in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
? Identify opportunities to optimize the employee and manager self-service implementations in SAP Portal.
? Write technical specifications based on received functional specifications.
? Remain up-to-date with SAP NetWeaver solutions to recommend improvements and upgrades based on observed and requested improvement opportunities.
? Analyze business requirements for maintenance on existing applications, identify possible solutions with resource and cost estimates and plan the implementation together with users and management.
? Ensure that the IS activities/projects are developed and completed according to plans, identify and analyze any deviations, suggest and discuss corrective actions with all people concerned and update plans and specifications accordingly.
? Manage on-site and offshore team of portal developers.
? Sustain tickets resolution.

Requirements:

? University Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
? At least 5 years in a multinational company in Information Systems/Services focusing on large JAVA technology based application implementations or support (experience with SAP NetWeaver solutions would be a significant plus)
? Good understanding of key processes in delivering IS/IT services.
? Demonstrated SAP technical skills.
? Project Management skills.
? Ability to work effectively within a team.
? Good communication and presentation skills.
? Flexibility and customer orientation.
? Experience and exposure to international business environment would be an asset.
? Fluent English, any other European language would be a plus.
