For our Client - an international, brand leader company, located in Krakow - we are currently looking for SAP Basis Technical Analyst.


Responsibilities:
- management of SAP Basis tasks, coordination of their execution with offshore and landed consultants
- liaison with ITSC /data center/ for provision of infrastructure services
- management of the investigation and resolution of SAP Basis and Technology related issues in support of P1
- proactive management of SAP system performance, performance monitoring, optimization and system sizing
- SAP landscape management, transport management, systems refreshes, data archiving, batch management
- continuity solution management and testing for the P1 system
- working with ITSC /data center/ for the infrastructure continuity option, as well as with the affiliates in the definition of the technology business continuity plans and testing
- technical projects management

Requirements:

* University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration
* at least a 5-year experience in a large multinational company including and 3-4 years in SAP Basis area
* good understanding of key processes in delivering IS/IT services
* essential knowledge of SAP Basis and Performance Tuning
* understanding the system's architecture, options, pitfalls, current and out of ordinary tasks
* working experience in a SAP environment/project to better understand problems and potential issues related to it
* deep understanding of business continuity service options, including disaster recovery planning
* database management experience
* ability to work effectively in multitask environment
* good communication and presentation skills
* experience and exposure to international business environment would be an asset
* fluent English, any other European language would be a plus
