Application Engineer
Place of work: Poznań


? Duties:
- Analyzing problems (business processes, transactions, data, functions)
- Defining system requirements (functional/qualitative requirements)
- Analyzing the technical and business environment (workplace, target systems and platforms, framework organization)
- Constructing models in terms of data, functions and/or objects
- Designing components and interfaces
- Implementing applications
- Setting up and maintaining environments for developing and testing
- Create and maintain project documentation (test, application, user manual)
- Project Estimating
- Specificating and implementing interfaces
- Developing or choosing the appropriate methods, techniques, standards, guidelines and tools for software development

? Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of object-oriented techniques with some hands-on development experience (preferably in Java/.Net)
- Good understanding of Relational Database systems and concepts including SQL and database scripting
- Experience in Web Programming
- Demonstrate customer focus and ability to work in global teams
- Experience developing business process related and scalable applications or integrations
- Very good communication skills both written (documentation skills) and verbal allowing to interact with other team members to deliver high-quality and reliable code
- Advanced written and spoken English
