Job description:
Systems administration and support

- As expert support and train all team members, improve knowledge database, write and update procedures and documentation,
- Solve complex problems and propose improvements within functioning of Unix O/S
- Defining and implementing technical changes (installation, parameter setting, configuration and integration),
- Planning, defining, implementing and inspecting activities related to the following domains:
- Homogenization of Unix platform,
- Develop new tools in order to automate recurrent tasks and improve our quality (scripting in SHELL, Perl, AWK),
- Taking part in "capacity planning"
- Defining system logical access controls and security solutions (logical security/antivirus/encryption),
- Controlling violations of access to networks/systems/applications and applying standards by audits,
- Conducting "tuning": evaluating system performance, predicting saturations and forecasting workload build-ups.

Deployment

- Implementing deployment engineering,
- Specifying methods, techniques, tools, installation procedures, tests and operating procedures for mass changes of existing infrastructures,
- Planning operation with users and corporate services,
- Support all technician and administrators involved on requests and incidents management,
- Resolving deployment complex incidents
Requirements:

* Experience in UNIX administration
* Good spoken and written German language
