Job description:
- Analyzing and routing incidents and requests to the offshore team or local teams in various countries concerned (Germany, France) while using client?s management tools (Magic);
- Clarifying issues and/or requirements with the requestors and poolroom management in the concerned language area on the client?s side;
- Regular checks and reporting activities regarding availability within the power workstation park in scope;
- Maintaining and keeping the relevant process/procedure documentation up-to-date;
- Basic asset administration (updates, corrections);
- Analyzing, comparing, updating and correcting the data concerning the power workstation park in scope while using ppropriate access/tools (UNIX shell, Magic, AWM).
Requirements:

* Fluent German verbal and written
* Fluent French verbal and written
* Communicative English is a must
* Capability of handling either requests or incidents provided in German, French or English
* Basic knowledge of Windows environment (user?s experience)
* Basic knowledge of UNIX and/or Linux as well as LAN would be an advantage
* Good (practical) knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work pro-actively and productively when unsupervised
* Eager to learn new things (especially in IT area)
* Well self-organized, systematic approach
