Lead Software Developer C++
Job location: Wrocław
Nr ref.: LSD/11


Ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

- At least 5 years of software development experience
- Excellent knowledge of C++ programming language
- At least 3 years experience with managing individual contributors
- Practical experience with Web technologies (HTTP, XHTML, JavaScript, REST)
- Experience with source control systems
- Perfect knowledge of English (both verbal and written)
- Very strong communicatio n skills!

Preferred Qualifications:

- Development experience with C# and SQL
- Experience with SCRUM or other agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of other European languages, especially French, German, Italian and Spanish

Key responsibilities:

- Effectively driving decisions across team
- Coordinating activities related to system development projects
- Analyzing diverse requirements and making recommendations in order to implementation strategies
