Job description:
- Creating a marketing strategy to tackle potential customers and develop company's notoriety
- Being responsible for market analysis, prospecting of new customers, creating database
- Organizing meetings, presenting of company's outsourcing services
- Negotiating contracts using company's standards, renegotiation of the renewed contracts
- Developing and maintaining relationship with company's prospects’ procurement and operational managers
- Developing and maintaining close relation with customers
- Developing strategies to customer needs
- Searching for new revenue opportunities company
- Cooperation with IT managers and detect needs they have in staffing and projects
- Reporting via company's internal tools
- Participation in meetings with Sales Manager (weekly, quarterly results, operational issues, outstanding issues and recommendation)
- Maintain company’s professional and ethical commitments to its customers, employees and candidates
Required:
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven sales experience min.3 years
- Excellent IT knowledge
- Good communication and persuasive skills, self-motivated to continuously expand skills
- Analytical skills
- Strong commercial skills and target orientation
- High level of energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of CRM system
